French anesthesiologists have blocked the movement of trains on the Paris train station


Today, 18 May, the French anesthesiologists held a rally in Paris, blocking traffic at the train station Montparnasse high-speed train TGV.
According to the radio station France Info, the strikers were against the reforms of the Ministry of Health. In particular, they opposed the rejection of his profession in the paper on reforming the status of health workers from February 2, 2010, as well as against the opportunities for nurses to engage in anesthesiology at two additional years of vocational training.
In a demonstration attended by hundreds of people. They were supposed to go from Place Denfert-Rochereau in the south of Paris to the Ministry of Health, but later changed their route.
"Because of the refusal of the Cabinet Mrs Bachelot (Minister) to take us, we turned all the protesters at the Montparnasse train station and took the path (high-speed train) TGV", - told the AFP news agency the representative of the strikers.
According to the National Company of Railways of France (SNCF), the demonstration has caused problems for thousands of passengers. "About forty TGV train from Paris to Paris late at 3:00. SNCF was forced to cancel the TGV from the Montparnasse train station," - said in the communique of the company.
Note that physicians spent on ways to more than four hours, then left them at the request of the organizers of the rally. Nevertheless, about 100 demonstrators refused to budge, and the police intervened.
According to unions, the Ministry invited them to meet twice in June to discuss the requirements of the discontented.
Recall that in March in France was Large-scale strike against the economic and social reforms President Sarkozy.
