Media: In Jalal-Abad, demonstrators held hostage Acting Defense Minister of Kyrgyzstan


In the southern Kyrgyz city of Jalal-Abad, demonstrators gathered to protest at the city racetrack, taken hostage by the Acting Minister of Defense, Special Representative of the interim government of Kyrgyzstan Ismail Isakov.
