Kyrgyzstan has sent Britain's extradition request for Bakiyev's son

Kyrgyz Prosecutor General's Office sent a request to Britain for the extradition of the younger son of ex-president Kurmanbek Bakiyev Maxima, accused at home in a number of economic and corruption crimes.
As reported before, Maxim Bakiyev detained British border guards at the airport Farnborough in Hampshire, where he arrived on a rented private jet.
In late April, he was declared in the international search, and district court of Bishkek issued a warrant to arrest him.
On Tuesday, June 15, the head of the interim government of Kyrgyzstan Roza Otunbaeva stated that "the interim government will be able to bring a lot of facts and circumstances, which will help ensure that he was restrained and brought to justice."
Recall to the changes in Kyrgyzstan Maxim Bakiyev led the work of the Central Agency for Development, Investment and Innovation. The press described him as a gray eminence of the Kyrgyz economy.
